The relationship between EMG elettromeccanica and the surrounding area is made evident not only by our care for the environment (disposing of waste through suitable contractors) but also by our internal training of the workers themselves. On average, EMG employees gain at least several years’ experience within the company. This is because they come from the Galliera area and neighbouring towns and also because, in most cases, their professional training is consolidated in our company departments. Naturally, the experience of our skilled workers has a direct effect on the end product, which is the primary testiment to our work and our workers alike.

In addition, EMG elettromeccanica has always been in close contact with young people. This is why we are a partner of the local volleyball association.
